Today we will practice how to draw a banana. This is a simple drawing video for beginners. It will only take you a few minutes to learn how to draw a simple and realistic banana.
In the first step, we have to drawing the rough outline of the banana. Pick up an HB pencil and draw to your heart’s content. You don’t need to be too accurate. And the lines don’t need to be too rounded either.
You can also be drawing some shadows under the banana.
In the second step, we draw the outlined line of the banana a little clearer. Then start drawing the darkest part of the banana.
Be careful to leave the reflective area at the bottom of the banana. This will make your banana more three-dimensional and realistic.
In the third step, we start painting the gray side and the glossy side.
We want to leave some highlights in the area where the gray side and the dark side meet. Or use the eraser to erase some of the brighter outlines can also be.
