Today we will practice how to draw arms. We are going to draw a bent arm.

First, we have to draw two auxiliary lines perpendicular to each other. With the auxiliary lines, as a beginner, we can easily determine the position of each part of the arm in relation to each other.
We draw the line of the small arm first. Then the upper arm.
Finally, we draw the contour line of the hand with a clenched fist.
Once the overall outline is drawn, we can draw the shadows. Just pay attention to the contrast between light and dark shadows.
